Barber Given High Tender

Despite speculations, MBIII was given the highest tender possible, This essentially takes interested bidders out of the running. it would take a 1st & 3rd and a truckload of cash to get him. I bet Rosenhaus isn't happy, but for the Cowboys, it was the right thing to do.
