Hass vs. Jones...Easley vs. Krieg

by: Michael Steffes

There are some epic battles going on right now over at Dave Kriegs Strike Beard. It is down to the elite 8, and some of the all time great Seahawks are facing off against each other. Have you voted yet?

80 some votes in, and Hasselback and Big Walt are separated by a mere vote. It is the equivalent of playing double overtime to get to the final four. People, this as is good as it gets as far as good Seahawk competition in March. Make sure your opinion is heard. Either click the link in this post, or the banner above the most recent post. One day to go and we will have the final four!!!! END

  2. Kenny Easley is my favorite Seahawk of all time!!!

When I was a little kid, I used to send fan mail to all of my favorite Seahawks (and even most of the "role" players.

Of all the superstars (Kreig, Warner, Largent, Green...) Easley was the only one who sent me something cool... an 8x10 personalized autographed photo...

This isn't the main reason I like him so much, but it's just icing on the cake to a player I admired so much.

  3. Tez is my favorite Hawk of all time. Hasselbeck is number 2. They will both be in the final 4
Matt still has a few more years to climb up as the best of all time.

  4. You're all blowing smoke. Nobody will come close to Largent.

  5. anonymous,

Just because nobody can "come close to Largent," does that mean that Kenny Easley can't be my favorite of all time?

I know Largent is the greatest Seahawk ever, but that doesn't mean he has to be my favorite (he's second).

  6. Bobbyk,

Sorry, you can obviously have whatever favorite player you want.

I just meant that Largent is going to win. I loved Kenny also, and used to have a jersey with his number.

He was my favorite player too.
