Corey Williams to Get Tag Too?

This article from the packernews.com suggests that the Pack are considering hitting Corey Williams, DT, with the franchise tag. In reality, he is going to be the highest priced DT on the market, if he makes it there. However, if the Pack tag him, like Haynesworth has been, all of a sudden the DT's that the Hawks would be looking at become real popular to teams who have a lot more money and need a lot more help, like Cleveland. Wait and see, all tags must be applied by tomorrow afternoon. END

    that means less teams will have money to throw at RT, CB, and the Kickers!!!!!!!!! It also means that some teams will be more inclined to jump on DT in the draft and leave OL, TE, and RB to the Hawks!!!!!!!!!!! I think it sounds awesome.

    I think Rocky Bernard would be a great DE in a 3-4 scheme. Kind of like Richard Seymour of the Patriots who was a DT in college.
