Jason Cole of Yahoo sports suggests that the Chiefs are gearing up for a big run at Josh Brown. I for one will be very disappointed if Brown leaves for the rebuilding Chiefs over 400K.... And it won't be aimed at Tim Ruskell.
He also seems to think it is critical for the Hawks to ink DJ back to the blue and teal.
UPDATE (8:42pm)-- Here is an article from the Kansas City Star that says Josh Brown could be in Kansas City as soon as tomorrow. END OF POST
I will be depressed by the fact that he decided to leave a proven winner in a city where he is loved(and he's a kicker)to be apart of a rebuild in KC. Bring on free agency and the draft
ReplyDeleteI lust this site in a major way...
ReplyDeleteScrew the girlfriend beating University of Nebraska (former) star...
ReplyDeletebobbyk03
He'll be closer to his former college and will be able to beat his former girlfriend (or wife of now?) whenever he wants...
ReplyDeleteI hear ya bobby, I'm a fan in IA and know he's good but a jerk-off... (I live in Council Bluffs --- less than an hour from Univ. of Neb)...
If he leaves for more money, I can't really blame him. I also can't blame Ruskell for refusing to overpay to keep him.
ReplyDeleteThis is one Hawks fan who will miss JB, but losing him won't kill us.
it's 9:00pm anyone on uncle Pauly's jet?
ReplyDeleteWell Said Mr. Krieg!
ReplyDeleteWell, he works well with their long-snapper...
ReplyDeleteI hope the loss of JB dosen't hurt us too much. It's been a nice feeling the last few years watching other teams stuggle and lose games due to poor kicking and not having to worry about that aspect of the game. (except the snapper situation last year)
ReplyDeleteMike - I'm pretty sure there is no teal in the Seahawks colors. The team has blue and blue and green - the lighter blue being 'Seahawk blue'. I don't know what the darker blue is called ... probably just navy blue. But you would have to travel to Jacksonville to find some teal.
ReplyDeleteI just read j Brown is stopping off at St. Louis on the way to KC... No!!
