The Hawks are back into the second via a trade with the Bears to take Max Unger, C from Oregon.
Seahawk fans can breathe a sigh of relief. He is a very versatile linemen who comes from a zone scheme.
The Hawks gave up their third and fourth round picks to make this selection. It is an interesting move.
I think I might have opted to wait, but the Hawks definitely needed interior line help.
Essentially, the Hawks traded their third and fourth round picks for a possible top 10 pick next year. Fantastic work. Nobody would have batted an eye if the Steelers took Unger in the first. END
