ESPN's Mike Sando must have heard our pleas. After the articles praising the Niners for the Martz hire, and the Rams for the Saunders hire, the Seahawks get their due.
Mr. Sando has a nice piece on Mike Solari and his importance to the Hawks success this season. It also talks a lot about the moves made to help invigorate the run game.
Thought everybody would want to check it out. END

Im Ready!!!! I hope he is able to get these guys going, it does make sense that doing the basic fundamentals could be the answer for these guys. They all obviously have talent, otherwise they wouldnt be in the NFL.
ReplyDeleteI will be playing close attention to the O lIne and Solari's impact throughout training camp, as most of you also will be.
Thanks!!
I was about to send the link, GRRRRRRR Beaten yet again. Mike how do you do it!??
ReplyDeletethe hawks are gonna be the focus of NFL live's 32 teams in 32 days segment within the next 20 minutes. Hass will be on. It's on ESPN right now.
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to get some information about the offensive line as most of the time it is completely ignored by the media.
ReplyDeleteMost interesting comment by Sando was this: "And while Chris Gray turns 38 in June, he still might be the best option at right guard -- unless Solari can turn Sims, Willis or another prospect into starting material."
Most of us Five Star Armchair General Managers had Gray consigned to the Sundown Estates Old Folks Home long ago. Sando thinks Chris can still play. Hummm.
Sando must have been too busy to watch most of last year.
ReplyDeleteGrey reminded me of those guys blocking for Hass in the State Farm commercial. He went backwords, and quickly.
That article got me more excited about next season than anything that's happened so far. I'm really looking forward to seeing how much the line improves.
