Kerney Added to Injured Reserve List

According to Frank Hughes, Patrick Kerney has been placed on IR by the Seahawks.

To fill his spot on the roster, the team claimed rookie defensive end Brandon Miller off of waivers after he was cut today by Atlanta. Miller, an undrafted free agent, had been signed to Atlanta's roster on Wednesday of last week after the team cut WR Adam Jennings. Miller played strongside linebacker for the University of Georgia last year (his college stats page can be found here).

Miller was creplaced on Atlanta's roster by WR Eric Weems, an undrafted free agent who was first signed to the Falcons' practice squad last year. ~END~
