Scary Proposition

This a tad more on the side of NFL news as opposed to straight Seahawks News, but the buzz on Sirius NFL Radio is the Jay Glazer report that the Chiefs will trade Jared Allen to either the Vikings or the Buccaneers. To me, that is a scary proposition.

Putting Allen on the Vikings would give them probably the most physical team in the NFL. I can see the pictures now, Allen and Hutch side by side wearing horns. However, Seahawks fans take solace, this is QB driven league and unless we see a new and dramatically improved Tavaris Jackson, the Vikings can't be considered the NFC favorites. The Bucs worry me a little less, as they will have more trouble running the ball, and one of these days Joey Galloway and Jeff Garcia are going to look every bit of the 40 somethings they are about to become.
