Want a Game Breakdown?

by: Michael Steffes

Get one from someone who has forgot more about the inner workings of the NFL than I will ever know, Ted Sundquist. Sundquist most recently was the Denver Broncos GM from 2001-2008. He was in the Broncos organization for 16 years in several different capacities. That means he has a pair of rings sitting in a drawer somewhere. He was also an Olympic athlete. Who knew?

Profootballtalk.com has been getting game previews from Sundquist this season, and this week he has chosen the Bucs/Hawks as one of the games. Here is the link.

He and I seem to share some similar opinions. He is questioning the Tampa Bay receivers ability to make explosive plays as well, and feels the Hawks need someone to help them change field position. He says John Ryan is the key, I am going the other way and putting my faith in Justin Forestt. I will take good punting too, you know, if that is a possibility. He also gives a nice mention to the success of John Carlson, a guy who is getting overlooked by most of the national media. ~END~
