Forsett Re-Signed to Practice Squad; Shelton Released

Confirming previous rumors, Justin Forsett has been signed back to the practice squad, replacing Matt Lawrence. That's some good news, which I figured we all needed to hear.

The other move on the practice squad was the signing of QB Travis Lulay, and WR Trent Shelton was released. Lulay was with the Seahawks in training camp in 2006, and is on the practice squad as an insurance policy because of mild injuries to Matt and Seneca.

It's good to have Forsett back in Seattle. -END-
