Everybody Works

by: Michael Steffes

There was not one player on the team that didn't participate in practice today. What. A. Miracle. Do we now get to see what this year's Hawks are all about?

Clare Farnsworth notes that Darryl Tapp excelled today in his role as Justin Tuck on the scout team. Lock is going to need to do a better job on Tuck than he did on Tapp today or there are going to be real problems on Sunday.

Eric Williams of the Tacoma News-Tribune says that both Bobby and Deion got a lot of work today and are looking like they are ready to contribute. To quote, "Branch looked explosive and nimble, tight roping the sideline after making a nice catch on an out route, and showing an extra gear as he caught up to a deep ball from quarterback Matt Hasselbeck."

Danny O'Neil notes the perfect attendance, but it may not be for long, as Lawrence Jackson may have hurt his foot. Also, Trufant has a much smaller cast on. Anyone else sensing his first pick of the year this week? He should be able to lock down whomever the Giants put opposite him. You can see in the Rotoworld widget that he has been beaten only one time this year in man-to-man coverage. See you in Hawaii, Marcus! ~END~
