RAIDERS -- Davis took Darrius "Most Likely to Bust 2009" Heyward-Bey, a guy who had 42 receptions for 500 yards and 5 touchdowns in 2008. Yes, he played for Maryland, but come on. Really? In other news, this is not surprising AT ALL. My brother Tom has been saying this for days.
JAGUARS -- The Jags have added some much-needed help on the line by drafting Eugene Monroe. Great pick so long as his knee holds up. Definitely more value than he would have had at the #3 pick! The Jaguars needed help on their line just about more than any team in the league after losing basically... the whole line last year.
PACKERS -- The Packers have added B.J. Raji. No surprise there (except perhaps that he slipped to #9), the Packers are moving to a 3-4 defense and there is nothing more important in that scheme than a solid, big, strong, mobile nose tackle. BJ Raji is the only one in the draft that looks like a can't miss on the field -- now he just has to avoid wrecking his life off the field. I think he can do it!
