He is a top 10 talent, but he is also slightly redundant for the Cardinals. Still, this is nothing new for me. I have been rooting against Wells for the last few years. Unfortunately, he always torched Michigan. Hopefully the tables are about to turn.
Wells' fall sure makes me look dumb, and I am. That is why I write a blog. But much like Michael Crabtree, he will now have a chip on his shoulder, a chip the Seahawks have to play against twice a year. Hopefully he fell for a reason.
The Cardinals, it would appear, will keep Boldin, after the main suitors all took WRs in the first. Adding Wells gives them a rushing threat. The question is whether or not he will be effective in a passing dominate scheme. He seems more comparable to a Jamal Lewis. A cold weather, three yards and a cloud of dust guy. We will soon find out.
It seems that a great group of players will be available for the Hawks in the 2nd. Horray! END
