The Bears aren't backing off this tampering charge, despite that they re-signed Lance Briggs, and the NFL has granted them a hearing.

If it is found that tampering did occur, expect the Niners to be giving away more draft picks for free(unfortunately not to the Hawks). They may also be parting with cash. Good thing they saved some they probably would have wasted for another double digit drop season out of D-Jack. END
