Its a Happy Football Friday

by: Michael Steffes

Oh Boy... Happy Friday to all of you. Season tickets should arrive today, if you didn't get them yesterday (lucky locals!). I hear they come with a really nice, high quality flag of some sorts. Also, Mike Holmgren is scheduled to be on KJR shortly with Mitch Levy. So brew some coffee and turn it on. Oh, and did I mention that many of you will get to lay your eyes on the 2008 Seahawks for the first time tomorrow? While you wait, here are some stories from around the web.

Scott Johnson checks in on Leonard Weaver, the newly proclaimed best blocking running back on the team. The article takes a look at some new workouts that Weaver did over the offseason.
Danny O'Neil takes a look at the return of the screen pass, something Mr. Hasselbeck promised we will see a lot of.

Frank Hughes wrote his story on Warren Moon's apology.

Clare Farnsworth introduces us to the new running backs coach Kasey Dunn.

Here is an article worth reading from Brad Briggs of the Chicago Sun Times. He talked with Ed Hochuli about the Tim Donaghy case and how it relates to NFL officials.
