Who said that the offense was what we were worried about this year? Taking a quick glimpse of preseason stats(I know, I know, not very meaningful), you can see that the Hawks have preformed as good as anyone this preseason.
Currently the Hawks rank 2nd in total offense with 425 yards per game and third in rushing with 201.5 yards per game. Will this hold up in the regular season? Probably not. Further investigation also reveals that the Seahawks have scored more points (62) than any team this preseason. This is a good sign in my book.
And we know the defense will remain the strong unit of the team, but if you wanted a bit of further evidence, they currently rank 4th in the preseason in total defense, behind two teams who haven't played yet this week. They also rank second in rushing yards allowed per game in the preseason. This is an excellent sign, it proves that even our second unit is holding stout, even with out Red Bryant. ~END~
