Here is another perspective on the Jones situation. Why would Julius want to play in Seattle? Well as we all remember, he has had some incredible games here. Most notably 2004, when the replay official was asleep at the wheel and allowed Keyshaun's TD to stand.
Here is what the Star-Telegram says....
Cowboys free agent running back Julius Jones is reportedly checking out the Seattle Seahawks today. He hit Tennessee on Wednesday and Detroit on Tuesday...
Jones will likely have flashbacks of his great moment in Seattle and may not want to leave. In the best game of his career, Jones rushed for 198 yards and three TDs as a rookie at Seattle in 2004. I remember Julius that Monday night....he was lightning fast, shifty and amazing. He never could recapture that style. Jones also rushed for 112 yards at Seattle in the 2006 playoff loss. That was from Rick Herrin's blog, right here.
UPDATE--Also, Frank Hughes is reporting that Nick Greisen isn't likely to be a Hawk. Check it out at Seahawks Insider.
