Well kind of. This article from the City Paper, out of Nashville, has some interesting, Seahawk relevant, quotes.
If you're interested......
First they story talks about Alge Crumpler and his chances of coming to the Titans...
“The Titans are still squarely in the mix,” agent James Williams said. “Alge will make his decision today. Who knows? He could come to Tennessee.”
This is code for sure he will come here, as soon as the Titans up there offer. It also mentioned concerns over his knee in both Tennessee and Seattle. This is probably why the big offers haven't been there.
The second interesting part is about Tennessee's interest in Dj Hackett....
“We’ve had some indications from them that they would be willing go do something, we sure think there’s a need there for them at the position, but so far we’ve not heard anything from them,” said Hackett’s agent Tom Mills. “There’s only a few teams that are kind of sitting the first weekend out and letting the overpaying go by, and maybe that’s what they’re doing. We’re still thinking that Tennessee is one of the teams that makes sense for D.J, but they haven’t started the process yet.”
I am sure a lot of teams will be interested once Hackett becomes a second or third tier guy who won't command a long term deal or extensive guaranteed money. But tops on that list should be the Hawks. Hackett was willing to leave for a mega deal with a whole lot of financial security attached to it and Seattle was willing to let him do that. Once the money comes down, however, I expect the Hawks to make a competitive offer. We will see, but as of now, nobody is giving Hackett what he thought.
