Our friend Rob Staton has done an excellent write-up of the Hawks' chances of getting Michael Crabtree in the draft. Additionally, he also breaks down the other likely candidates that could be in blue & green come training camp, and includes strong arguments for why they probably won't be chosen over Crabtree.
Among those Stanton argues against the Hawks taking are Aaron Curry, Michael Oher, Sam Bradford, Matt Stafford, and Malcolm Jenkins.
Stanton also cites Matt Brown's report at The National Football Post on why Crabtree could be the safest pick in the top 10.
If nothing else, April is certainly giving the 12th Man something to look forward to . . . -END-
