Hawks Add Pair of Hands

According to the Hawkstorian, over at Seahawks.Net, the Seahawks have made a roster move. They have added WR Chas Gessner, formally of Tampa Bay and the Arena League, and subsequently released OL Chris White.

Gessner is a big guy at 6'5", 215. He has played in one career game, last year with the Bucs. He also gives the Hawks an extra body at a position that is somewhat thinned due to injuries and holdouts.

The Hawks must feel a little better about their O-Line health, releasing White. They expect to have more bodies available come June. White was primarily a center. The team has Spencer, Gray, and Vallos still at that position. END
