KJR had a plethora of Seahawk interviews yesterday. If you are looking for something to listen to, make sure you check em' out.

Mitch Levy had TJ Duckett on. Pretty good interview. He and Julius Jones seem to have a good rivalry going from their college days.

Softy interviewed Brian Russell. Russell says without a doubt, in his entire career, this is the best football team he has played on. He thinks the Hawks need to go out and win a bunch a games. Me's thinks that too!

Finally, Gas, had the sage-like presence of Mike Holmgren on to wrap up the day. He talks about the usuals, Rookies, Rocky, and Retirement. He also says they think Branch will be ready for week one. Interesting, considering todays news.
