Seahawks Visited With Safety

More info on players the Seahawks visited with has come to the forefront. According to this article by the Pittsburgh Tribune Review and Tricia Lafferty, the Seahawks had West Virgina Safety Ryan Mundy out for a visit.

This is just another indication that safety is a position the team will target in the draft. Mundy was not invited to the combine. He is 6'1", 215 pounds. He is rated by NFL Draft Scout as the 14th best free safety. They say he plays an excellent centerfield and takes proper angles to prevent huge runs.
