NFL Considers East-West Schedule Change...

By Chris Sullivan

According to John Clayton, the NFL is reportedly considering changing the schedule to make it easier for teams to play across the country for eachother... for EAST coast teams to have an advantage. Despite all the data pointing to a serious competitive disadvantage for West Coast teams playing in the East Coast time zone (10 am games), the NFL is considering a rule change that will change their scheduling formula so that east coast teams only have to travel to Oakland OR San Diego in the same year, never both.

Absolutely. Absurd.
