It's not a total shock, but the timing is. Michael Smith at ESPN is citing two sources and reporting that the Cowboys have cut Terrell Owens.
In other news, the Rams have received a request from WR Torry Holt asking them to cut him immediately. Matt Birk signed with the Ravens. JT O'Sullivan will sign with Cincinatti. LaDainian Tomlinson has stated that he will not renegotiate his contract downwards. Et cetera.
