Rams Make Some Moves

Today the Rams cut longtime anchor Orlando Pace in order to free up a few million dollars with which to sign fullback Mike Karney.

Cutting Pace definitely bolsters the likelihood that the Rams will draft a left end successor in their first round pick, most likely Eugene Monroe as Jason Smith seems a bit of an unfinished product, but either is possible. For those hoping we draft one of them, well, this makes it slightly less likely. If you're rooting for the Crabtree option, this should help that a bit. ~END~
