By Chris Sullivan The Titans have just agreed to terms with DT Jovan Haye (4 years, $16 million) and WR Nate Washington (undisclosed). Jovan Haye was one of the free agents that many people thought the Hawks might have targeted in Free Agency, and he came for cheaper than not-yet-popular Colin Cole. In other news, the Redskins have cut Jason Taylor who the Bucs are expected to target, and Ben Graham resigned with the Cardinals.
